• Seeking utmost satisfaction of Clients by meeting their requirements


• Provision of adequate resources, equipment, procedures and systems to ensure high quality standards of QHSE


• Ensure that the management of HSE impacts throughout the life cycle of project, including the ultimate disposal of any waste & energy conservation.


• Striving to eliminate any foreseeable hazard which may result in property damage, accidents, injury or ill health of employees


• Controlling and preventing pollution to improve its environmental performance and elimination of potential threats


• Developing systematic and measureable approach to continually improve the QHSE culture and performance


• Ensuring compliance of all applicable legal and other requirements considering concerns of public and other stakeholders in developing and improving its QHSE Management System


• Ensuring accountability of top management, employees and Contractors for QHSE management towards elimination of causes that might lead to harm people, environment and community


• Promote awareness among individuals within the ConPro about their responsibility in protecting the environment and the health and safety of the community.


• Exercising the high level of integrity and respect in dealing with each other, suppliers, customers and society at large
